Safety Café Podcast Launch on WIC Week

As March kicks off, we celebrated Women In Construction Week in a big way! We proudly launched our podcast, Safety Café: Conversations on the Frontline, featuring two powerhouse women—our CEO, Monik Hernández, and Claudia Rambaud, HSE Manager at Enterprise Commercial Paving.

Recorded at the stylish Segundo Coffee Lab in Houston’s EADO district, this conversation dove deep into safety, technology, company culture, and the shared experiences of being a woman in a male-dominated industry. As Monik put it,

“...I don’t like to talk about it too much because sometimes it can feel like a taboo topic,

but I truly believe in the famous saying: ‘Be so good, they can’t ignore you...’”
